Have you ever heard someone at church begging for volunteers to help with a ministry? We all have. This is a phenomenal book that will help a ministry leader move from begging for volunteers to attracting them. It’s required reading in our church for all ministry leaders.

While the book does not give you lists or instructions on how to recruit volunteers, it gives something much more valuable – how to make a ministry attractive by showing it’s Kingdom benefits. The truth is that you can have lists and all sorts of promotional material but without a way to add value or attraction, you’ll always have a difficult time recruiting volunteers.

This book gives great inspiration for encouraging and motivating people. True life stories are often the best testimonies for understanding the power that committed, trained volunteers bring to the local church.

This short volume casts a vision for leading a church of energized volunteers. Recruiting volunteers is a learned skill. Every leader needs to learn how to keep them engaged and committed. In a culture where leaders of volunteers are often the discouraged leading the more discouraged, and then communicating that, this is a needed book. We are doing work that makes an eternal difference and we need to communicate that to potential volunteers.
